I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff greeted me with a warm welcome in both German and English. The hotel facilities were great, with a ski locker and sauna available to guests. The location was perfect and easily accessible. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking, which was a major plus. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was top-notch. The staff were excellent in their service, and I would definitely return to this hotel.
No negative aspects to report.

Great start on arrival greeted us with friendly staff who checked us in with efficiency and speed, all with the help of English-speaking associates. The location was perfect because it wasn't too far from the main town center, but still offered great privacy and peace. Parking was also a bonus because it was free and readily available!
The bathroom amenities were underwhelming and small, making it uncomfortable to use for long periods. the amenities provided fell short of expectations, leaving us wanting more from the hotel's offerings.

The hotel is conveniently located close to several attractions, including excellent ski facilities and great restaurants. the staff provided prompt and friendly service, but unfortunately, the small bathroom lets down an otherwise enjoyable stay. the ski locker and sauna are great facilities to enjoy after a day on the slopes.
The breakfast options were limited for vegetarians, and there was no option for vegan guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The staff was extremely friendly and efficient, checking me in and showing me to my room with ease. They were able to communicate fluently in both German and English, making the whole process seamless. The location of this venue is fantastic, with great facilities such as a ski locker and sauna. I also appreciated the added convenience of free parking.
All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff, especially the manager, was excellent.

They quickly checked us in and provided us with our room keys, speaking both German and English. the location was excellent and the facilities were great. the ski locker and sauna were particularly useful, and the free parking was a bonus.
The bathroom was slightly cramped, but this was a very minor detail and did not detract from our overall experience. we had an enjoyable stay during the New Year period.
